This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices in connection with information that we collect online through hersheys.ca and other Hershey websites and mobile applications (“mobile apps”) where this Privacy Policy is posted or linked (collectively, this “Platform”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect offline. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to the websites operated by the Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company, including The Hotel Hershey and Hersheypark, or the Hershey Park mobile application.
